1Introduction & acceptance of terms

Welcome to ContractSigned.net, operated by Contract Signed LLC – Sole Partner, a company registered in Lebanon ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, purchasing Jobs By ContractSigned, or accessing any content through our community, you ("User," "you," or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to:

• Jobs By ContractSigned (our paid community membership)
• Any future digital products, programs, or memberships offered through ContractSigned.net

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our products or services.

2Platform & content delivery

Jobs By ContractSigned is hosted, delivered, and managed through BrandMe, a third-party community platform provider. By purchasing or accessing Jobs By ContractSigned, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

Platform access

• Upon purchase, you will receive access to Jobs By ContractSigned via the BrandMe platform
• You will be required to create an account to access your membership
• Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable

Platform availability

• We make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform remains accessible, functional, and secure at all times
• Occasional maintenance, updates, or technical improvements may temporarily affect access
• In the event of a significant disruption, we will notify you and work to restore access as quickly as possible
• Because Jobs By ContractSigned is hosted on a third-party platform (BrandMe), some disruptions may be outside our direct control

Communications

• Automated emails, purchase confirmations, account notifications, and marketing communications may be sent through our platform or email tools
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, without affecting your membership access

3Membership & content

Nature of the membership

Jobs By ContractSigned is a digital community membership delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. It provides ongoing access to job listings, hidden job opportunities, direct recruiter connections, verified salary data, recruiter guides, PDFs, certifications, and live weekly coaching, for as long as your subscription remains active.

Delivery

• Access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment
• If you experience any issues accessing your membership, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours

Updates & changes to content

• We reserve the right to update, modify, improve, add, or remove job listings, guides, coaching schedules, or any other content or features within the membership at any time
• Content is refreshed on an ongoing basis; we are not obligated to maintain any specific listing, feature, or bonus indefinitely

4Accounts & access

Account creation

To access Jobs By ContractSigned, you will create a login through the BrandMe platform. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected]

Non-transferability

Your account and access to Jobs By ContractSigned are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Transfer your account to another person
• Allow third parties to access the membership under your account

Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Membership status

• Your access is tied to your active subscription status
• Cancellation of your membership ends access at the close of the current billing period (see Section 6 and our Refund Policy)

5Payments & pricing

Payment processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors integrated with the BrandMe platform. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable recurring charge to your provided payment method. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change at any time; we will provide reasonable notice before a price change takes effect
• The price at the time of your billing cycle is the price you pay for that cycle

Subscription & recurring billing

• Jobs By ContractSigned is billed as a monthly recurring subscription
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial period is refunded
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by your local jurisdiction on your subscription. We are not responsible for collecting or remitting taxes on your behalf unless required by applicable law.

All members of Jobs By ContractSigned agree to the following standards.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from the community and termination of access without refund.

8Intellectual property

Ownership

All content available through Jobs By ContractSigned — including but not limited to job listings, recruiter guides, templates, checklists, PDFs, certifications, branding, and community content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Contract Signed LLC – Sole Partner. All rights reserved.

License granted to you

Upon subscribing, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the content for your own personal job search and career development
• Download materials where a download option is explicitly provided

Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the membership
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Claim ownership of or take commercial credit for our job leads, frameworks, or materials
• Screen-record, screenshot-share, or otherwise distribute membership content publicly

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

9Disclaimers

Results disclaimer

Jobs By ContractSigned provides job listings, career information, and coaching. We make no guarantee that membership will result in a specific job offer or outcome. Individual results will vary based on:

• Your industry, experience level, and location
• The effort and consistency you apply
• Current job market conditions
• Personal circumstances outside our control

Any testimonials featured on our website or social channels represent real experiences but are not typical results and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve.

Educational purpose only

Platform disclaimer

• Technical disruptions outside our reasonable control
• Loss of data resulting from unforeseen technical failures

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Contract Signed LLC – Sole Partner and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, employment opportunities, or career outcomes
• Any damages arising from platform downtime or technical failures
• Any damages exceeding the total membership fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Contract Signed LLC – Sole Partner, its directors, team, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your misuse of the membership, platform, or community
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content you post or share within the community

12Termination of access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Jobs By ContractSigned at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith
• Any conduct we deem harmful to the community or business

Termination for cause will result in forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

13Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.

Dispute resolution process

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:

• First attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting [email protected]
• Allow 30 days for good-faith resolution before pursuing formal action
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lebanon

If you are located outside Lebanon, you agree that Lebanese courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of Jobs By ContractSigned.

14Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• For material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on our platform
• Continued use of Jobs By ContractSigned after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

15Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16Entire agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ContractSigned.net regarding your use of Jobs By ContractSigned, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
