Because this is an ongoing membership rather than a one-time digital product, we operate on a no-refund policy as described below.
2Jobs By ContractSigned — subscription & no-refund policy
Jobs By ContractSigned is billed as a monthly recurring subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the following.
- All payments are final. We do not offer refunds — in full or in part — for any billing period once a charge has been processed.
- Your subscription automatically renews each month, and you will be charged the subscription fee on the same date each billing cycle until you cancel.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current or any past billing period.
- Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, even after you cancel.

3Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after subscribing
- Partial or unused time within a billing period
- Not using the membership after subscribing
- Forgetting to cancel before the next billing date
4Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days of the charge so we can review it: [email protected], subject line Billing Review — [Your Name].
5Price changes
We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before any price change takes effect. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
